[Resolved] United Consignee Private Limited — made payments but agent not delivering loan product | |||||
I had applied for a personal loan of rs. 2 lac from united consignee pvt. Ltd.in this regard i have paid processing fee rs. 3500/- (Rupees three thousand five hundred only) vide cheque no. 008063 dt. 19.07.17 drawn on icici bank ltd. And the same has been cleared on 20.07.17 but personal loan of rs. 2 lac has not been disbursed till date. I have trying to contact with the company persons but they not attending my calls and not replied my mails. I have received the last email from company side on 05.08.2017 in which the mentioned that your loan has not been processed and we are refunding the processing fee in your bank account within 10 days, but i have not received my money back up to 25.08.2017. I have personally visit to company office address b. No-439, sec-67, noida, gautam budh nagar, uttar pradesh, but i unable to find the office the provide me fake address. I have tried to find the company master detail on roc site then i found the company cin:-no. U74999up2017ptc093646 and its pan is aaccu0970a and company status shown active and its directors name is mr. Chanchal chauhan (Din:[protected] and ms. Vimla devi (Din:[protected] I am attaching here with the scan copy of processing fee cheese of rs.3500/- with receipts of company and also attached the cheque clearing status.
