United India Insurance — Claim not accepting

My Brother has been paying the premium for about 20yrs now and few years back he got into occasional drinking habits which increased over the last year and he died of liver damage. Insurance is not approving the claim now. Kindly look into this matter. Thanks

Comments

We do not pay for death/injury that is caused due to drinking and alcohol abuse. The thing is very clear. You will not get any benefit from any insurance company on the earth if the said person died because of alcohol.
