[Resolved]  United India Insurance Company Limited — Scam and cheating

my self naresh kumar and my vehical no.7107 policy no.[protected]p[protected] it's an accidental case in which the byke is one and half month old and in accidental report the survaior give the astimated for clame approxx Rs.25000 and i paid a bill in company service center Rs.15129 but finally form the insurance company i recived only Rs 9533 ...what deprication the company reduce from my clame...40%...

what it's not sure that insurance company give 100% insurance clam after one month accidental case but IRDA guideline it sould provide whole amount which consumar paid for repair ...
please sir enquairy all the statement ...
