United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — Bike insurance - Claim has been processed since 5 months and not yet settled.

I have been following up with them from all the channels since the claim is processed. The issue they said is itthe claim has been approved and has been wrongly processed to a different zone. I added all the relevant members to correct it in the mail. No one is ireplying to the email and no solution is provided yet. It has been 4 months I am following with them.
