I have submitted my claim in December and got the approval in the same month. But was firstly informed that claim will credited to my account by 10/01/17, then was informed 3rd or 4th week of Jan, then someday, then by 2nd week of feb. And whenever I call the team no proper response is given and some times they credit note is generated while sometimes they inform that the approval is pending from Insurance company, as informed by your representative Shashi.
