On Accident of my vehicle on 15Jan 2023 I have reached hgp service centre kanpur on 17jan for repair of my vehicle.they have lodge claim with claim no. [protected]C[protected] on my policy [protected]P[protected] from United India insurance company.
Insurance company have took more than 20days to allot surveyor after allotment of surveyor they have forced to settle claim on your money and refused to settle cashless even I have zero depreciation insurance and cashless policy and my previous claim was settled cashless but this time they refused to settle my claim cashless.
On 18 Feb i have received my vehicle from service centre after paying invoice amount RS.16999/- and Surveyor assured me after deduction of file charge remaining amount of invoice amount will be settled in your saving account within one week, but i am still waiting for settlement amount after more then 2month have been past. They have informed me only amount RS. 12540/- will be credited in your account even I have paid RS. 16999/- service centre.
I request you to reopen my claim and settle as according to invoice amount that I have paid to service centre. Was this information helpful? |
