Aeepp2758j pan no mansarovar hospital ahmedabad - is service provider to your beneficiaries. During fy 2017-18 we have requested for 16a form but not received. Kindly send with immediate effect. Please issue 16a form for total payment paid & tds deduction 2017-18,, Kindly note that the payment made by united india insurance comes to rs. 514431 to mansarovar hospital, tds deducted should have been rs. 51443 but 26as show rs 325059 and tds deducted is rs. 36712. Thus there is discrepancy of rs. 514431– rs. 325059 = rs.189372 in total payment. As well as in tds deducted. So far no communication about renewal of cancomfort policy.Every year same drama.Co doesn't notiffy renewal nor online facility/automatic renewal is there.Facing same since long .Pl do some thing and avoid tense siuation.T kotayya ph [protected].Hyd
