United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — for repair of damage to my vehicle registration no hr20z2943

Sir most respectfully i beg to state that my vehicle registration no hr20z2943 met a accident on 23/3/2018 around 12 noon as a dog came in front of my car and both front tyres of my car went in small pits made to plant trees in them in luvas hisar. As apparently there was not much damage to car with help of some boys i pulled the car out of pit and started my journey to mussorie. When i reached near hansi indicator of decreased engine oil started blinking in the car. So i took my car to nearest maruti authorised dealer jagmohan motors ltd. Hansi. Sa mr pavan kundu told me that oil pan is damaged and total cost of repair is only around rs 2000 so no use of taking insurance and file charge is around rs 1000 and you would not get benefit of no claim bonus also next time. So i requested him to repair my car. But after repair they told me that pick of of the car is very less and damage is more and my car's turbo is damaged and they are not having spare parts. They also told me that it is safe to drive only thing is that pickup would be less. So i brought my car back to my home at hisar and arranged another vehicle and went to mussorie. After coming from mussorie i went to modern automobiles hisar and requested them to repair my car on 30 march 2018 as i am having insurance of my car. On 31 march 2018 i got call from surveyor mr madhur thukral from his mobile no [protected] and [protected]. He asked me to come to his residence in sector 13 in hisar regarding settlement of my claim of insurance. Why he called me to come to his residence rather than in agency or his office? In the evening on same day he told me that cashless claim can not be given and that you should not have got your car repaired from jagmohan motors hansi. I tried to explain him everything in details but he told me that he is very busy and did not gave me time to meet me on 31 march 2018 and told me to come on monday 2nd april 2018. On monday again he did not gave any time to me to meet him and explain him everything. Then i met mr balram bhadhu do-2 o[censored]nited insurance company at ashok plaza hisar. He assured me that my case is genuine and he would help me to best of his capabilities. On evening of 2nd april mr. Madhur thukral told me that if i will show him toll receipt he would settle my claim. I said that i am having all the documents please give me time to show all documents but he did not gave me time.in the morning of 3rd april 2018
I again met mr balram bhadhu and he promised me to settle my claim. At 12.53 on 3rd april 2018 i got a call from mr. Thakral and he said that he has a alternate plan to settle my claim and again at 3 pm he called me and told me that turbo loss and other damages can not be given. I again met mr balram bhadhu he told me that he is helpless and i must talk to higher officals or go to court. Sir in this entire episodes role of mr madhur thukral is highly suspicious and non professional on following ground
1 why he wanted to meet me in his home?
2 why he did not gave me time to explain my plea?
3 why without going to site of accident or to jagmohan motors he denied me benefits of cashless claim?
4 why they send me mail on 3rd april which is dated 31 march 2018 regarding denial of my cashless claim? So please sir do justice with me and take strong action against mr madhur thukral surveyor for his suspicious and unprofessional behaviour. My policy no is[protected]. Thanks sir.
