United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — Insurance Claim - Surveyor is not ready to provide the damages done

This is to bring to your kind notice that I got caught with an accident on 24th April, 2023 around 4pm in the area I'm residing in (Sangam Vihar - Bandh Road).

I was actually driving and suddenly discovered a big stone on the road. To avoid the obstacle, I applied the brakes. The road was having some loose gravel due to which the vehicle got disbalanced and sIipped and we fell on the road.
By god's grace I'm absolutely safe as I and the pillion were wearing the helmet but got some minor injuries on my leg. The pillion behind too is safe.

But my scooter had major scratches from the road on the left side. Scooter's entire left side had got badly scratched by the gravels present on the road and the whole plastic part from the front side got misaligned.
The tail light broke and the steel body guard also broke due to the sudden event o[censored]s falling, people behind us applied sudden brakes and due to loose gravel they too ended colliding with us when we fell on the road.
The vehicle after the accident is not running properly and lost its stability. It seems like it has got some issues in the front wheel/suspension setup.

The surveyor appointed for the survey had not given a nod for the major damage that had occurred in the front suspension, backlight and only gave allowance for the front panel only (plastic body parts).
The workshop officials too proved the damages happened to the front suspension forks but the surveyor had not given permission for the replacement/repair of the front suspension part and said the backlight too is uncovered under the policy( backlight to was damaged due to the accident).

United India has Appointed IAR Services Private Limited as the surveyor to inspect the damages.
Mr Anuj(the surveyor) is not ready to provide the insurance claim for the mechanical damages done.
His Manager Mr Lokesh too not given responses to the phone call and the email done. He replied once but not provided a sure shot solution to my problem.

They are not ready to provide the damages done to my vehicle the front suspension part.
