United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — Motor Vehicle insurance policy certificate not delivered

My motor vehicle policy Number[protected]P[protected] of Rs 5059 for the period 22.1.2017 to 21.1.2017 has not yet been issued. I already handed over the money to my agent in Nadiad Mr Nainesh Shah at before one month. A simple receipt is yet to be provided while on road the traffic polices are rampent in random checking for insurance certificate copy. Please arrange to give me the copy soon.
