My claim for 7 nov 2017 is yet not settle i did not yet recieved claim no and my agent is not answering my calls, even if he answers he talks rudely and ask me to keep patients and every month he assures me by month end it will b credited in my account. He is lying and wasting time not even telling me exact reason. I dont even knw what's is happening, as every time he comes up with new excuse, he ia unprofessional and tells me company takes 4 to 6 yrs to settle claim.
I want to knw exact time for claim to settle? M senior citizen who is first not keeping well and dont have stamina to follow up, m mentally harresed and disturbed becos of this dispute of being regular premium payer. I visited tpa they asking to go fort. I am not condition to keep visiting office.
