Being retired employee of punjab sind bank, corporate policy no 500100/48/00/00/00000007 taken which expired on 31.10.2017. My pf code g 01490. Md i'd md-15-[protected]. Md id tpa was processing claims. Bill for rs 1901/ sent on 6.3.17 not passed in spite of sending duplicate bill on 3.8.17. Three bills for rs 2101/, 3648/ and 3246/ sent on 6.5.17, 6.6.17 and 31.8.17 passed for 1901/, 2648/ and 2546/ after deducting consultation fee. There is no response in spite of repeated reminders and discussing with concerned officials ms tejinder kaur and sh. Vishal tiwari. They assured of needful every time but the issue is still unresolved although policy has expired.
This spoils the reputation of insurance company.
Please get the reimbursement approved
