United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — Not given the valid refund for my car claim according to the bills

This complaint is against my policy no. [protected]P[protected] for the accident on 8/09/2022 I had asked for the claim and on that day only my car has been sent to the garage and I had also filed the claim at the insurance company...on that day no surveyer was issued and after 2-3 days they told that claim can progress through the photos of the vehicle and also the damage of the car...trader sent all the photos and the quotations according to the damage to "roadzen" who was appointed by the company for the claim. Earlier they told that frst provide the quotation for the outer damage than after that provide the quotation for internal damage then in two part the claim amount will get issued. The trader provided the same according to their requirements...then when my vehicle was repaired and the "roadzen" were informed they told that trader can give the vehicle to us and the claim amount will be given after some days...as the time progressed we got no information and also the claim amount was not given. When we asked the person from my city branch they told it is under process and u will get full amount. Then on 18/11/2022 i got the msg that only the amount of Rs.5780 will be given but the quotation amount Rs.33200...Now you can see how much of a fraud company is doing...how can we expect they will help in me in future... person take insurance so that when in need he can get some help/compensation but here the company is only backstabbing the customer...no surveyer was given so that the person can identify the damage... So disappointed...i really request u to plz help us.

Till today there is no response from the insurance company. Kindly ask them to provide valid solution of my problem.
