United India Insurance — Lesser amount received in hospital claim

My phs id no.23394404 n, chandrasekar, wife name c. Latha, lodged a hospital bill in paramount tpa for rs.1, 85, 956/- but i received only rs.1, 14, 036/- difference amount is rs.71, 920/-. This short due to asst.Surgeon fees and others not sanctioned. Kindly sanctioned this difference amount to me as early as possible.
