This is to bring to your kind notice that one of our claims has not been completely settled. The surgery & hospitalisation was done in May 2015 & all papers submitted on time but every time some petty reasons told & claim rejected. Only partial amount of the claim settled still more than half amount to be settled.The policy number is [protected]P/[protected] and claim number 100902/SBM/claim/87/2015. Kindly look into this as soon as possible. Policy is in the name of Mr.M.N.Ravindran.

This is to bring to your kind notice that two of our claims has not been settled. The hospitalization was done in March 2016 & all papers submitted on time but every time some petty reasons told & claim rejected. First time showing that they can allow post & pre 10% of premium amt and its already settled . Next time hospitalization bill submitted, then after 20 days stating that hospitalization not proper. The person name Ms.Shiji, united Insurance, was arguing against our claims. Now she asking Doctor's letter . I have continuity in this insurance company 6 years . why reject our claim for this silly reasons . We lost the confidence of Mediclaim of this United insurance company . The policy number is [protected]p[protected]. . Kindly look into this as soon as possible. Policy is in the name of Ms.Radhika R.Menon
