subject that my Husband s death claim is not paid by UNITED INSURANCE on the ground of DELAY INTIMATION.but sir I request you kindly help regarding the my claim . As per IRDA/HLTH/MISC/CIR/216/09/2011.claim should not be rejected without any technical ground..I am giving the all details of claim I NEHA KHANDELWAL INDORE this is inform to indore city united india insurance BRANCH No 1 on dated 10/09/14 regarding accidental death claim of my Husband Mr Amit khandelwal .who is covered PA for Rs 200000/-(Two lacs) under house holder policy which was issued by yo.ur city branch no 1 indore.for period of 05/10/11 to 04/10/12.The insured Mr amit Khandelwal was going to Nalkheda (mp) on 04/10/12 by Car and car was slipped due to this accident Mr amit was died . I Smt Neha khandelwal informed to branch office on 10/09/14. I am aware that intimation was given too delay but the reason behind this is that I am not aware about this policy when shorting of papers of my husband policy is traced than I informed the office .In this ground that due to delay intimation the branch office has not registerd the claim and send a letter to NOMINEE for unable to register the claim.
