United India Insurance — not yet received any payment status from thier side, after I'm receiving payment successful by submitting transaction

Dear sir/madam, I made an online payment of rs.500 as exam fee o[censored]nited india insurance, i received an acknowledgement after submitting an amount 'that payment successful' but I didn't received any mail from their side for payment status, then I visit once again visit to the IBPS website, it shows that 'payment not completed' for few times and in the application form also payment column shows that amount unpaid, what I have to do now? and how i can get the amount of Rs.500 ?
