Universal Services — ifb dishwasher

Called the ifb customer care regarding the dishwasher not working. They sent a technician who told me that it was an internal wiring problem & needs to be taken to service centre. I was then told that the motor also burnt & so needs replacement. I was charged rs11560. It worked fine for 3 days after which i did not use till last week. I had the same problem. Today ifb technician came & told me that the company is not a part of ifb & nothing has been replaced. I don't know what i should do now.
