My vehicle insurance was renewed eithin the scheduled date of 3/5/19, however neither the insurance personnel mr raju sarkar or pritam modak could provide me any hard copy of the document. The matter was duly conveyed to the branch manager mr biplab bose but till now nothing concrete developed. It is nearly 1 week since my vehicle is unable to move due to the lack of this mandatory paper. I would personally request to ptovide me due justification...

On sunday, 7th april, i parked my car off bannerghatta road and went to gopalan mall for some work. After returning from my work, i saw that the rear bumper was damaged and there was lot of liquid split over the car. I have sent a mail regarding my claim on 25 march 2019, but still not getting any proper response from your end and also not picking phone from claim department.
They have reject my reimbursement claim without any proper reason. They are not response either in mail or by phone.
Previously i have talked to them after that they are giving any response after decline my claim without valid reason....

I have submitted the required details of Water Tanker (KL-51-F-8072) for renewal of expired insurance (United India) on 26th December and received a computation table for an amount of Rs. 25, 788/- and accepted the same through Sales Point portal.
