This is with respect to 2 claims submitted to universal sompo, in dec 2019. The claim numbers are : 196354 & 196355.

They have been requesting treatment records for myself & my wife. Even though i have on numerous occasions informed them that i cannot produce non-existing treatment records, they refused to hear what i was saying. I sent them the relevant docs explaining why i did not have treatment records & proof that the previous 2 yrs there was no claim made to my previous insurer. Nevertheless, they have now closed the claims since they say i did not supply the required info within the specified time.

I cannot attach the word doc or pdf i sent them for their perusal. Please can you assist me in this matter. If possible, pls can you also acknowledge receipt of this email so that i know someone is looking at this case.

    My husband vinayak gaikwad was admitted in emergency situation in criticare hospital andheri west dated 11.09.2019 till 18.09.2019 i have subimitted claim to universal sompo general insurance with claim registration no._ but company refused my claim stating that my husband have pre-exsiting disease of hypertension for this reason i am already submiited hospital letter to company stating that he have no pre exsiting desease.

    Whereby insurance compnay had given reason as "pre existing disease" for rejection of my claim.

    I am totally deny the same and would like to inform you that my husband mr. Vinayak gaikwad never had any pre-existing disease at time when we entered in policy. Further to support on my take of no pre - existing disease, i am attaching a letter from hospital clarifying the same

    Company is increasing premium by 100% from Rs.118 to Rs.236 due to high claims ratio and not due to high settlement ratio is highly unethical and illegal. Any policy premium can not be increased in this way. I will be compelled to raise consumer interest complaint in court if my bank account is debited in such way.

      सर आपकी गाड़ी मैं इन्शुरन्स कंपनी से rh side से जो loss था वो मिला अभी सर्वेयर से axle tube की अप्रूवल नही मिली है और आपकी गाड़ी के टायर नही मिले है। आप हमें राइट साइड से जो loss हैं वो आप हमें शुरू करने की अप्रूवल देदे जिससे आपकी गाड़ी का काम जल्दी पूरा हो जाये।

      सर आपकी गाड़ी का loss नही मिल पा रहा हैं आपकी गाड़ी का जो ये loss हैं आपके द्वारा क्लेम फॉर्म में जो cause लिखा है वो accident से relevent नही है और RIGHT SIDE का LOSS ओर फ्रंट बम्पर का LOSS PREVIOUS फोटोज में हैं तो ये LOSS आपको नही मिलेंगे।

        I got my mother admitted to Medicover Hospital in Hyderabad and have submitted the relevant documents for cashless hospitalisation. I got an sms from the insurance company with the reference no 199753 on 29/12/2019 evening and another sms with the reference number 199754 on 30/12/2019. The hospital has contacted the insurance company 6 times yesterday and got a response stating that it would be done in 1 hour every time they called and in a very rude manner. I got the same response as well. I called the customer care and the first time I called, the person said there is no update and the 2nd time I called I was told that they can’t see any information and I was given a reference number 5814127 for priority callback within 1 hour at 7:25 am today. Not sure if I will get a call back AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Two different replies from the same company in a matter of 30 minutes. I was lucky to get connected to the customer care number that quickly. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS GOOD FOR NOTHING FRAUD COMPANY WHO CARES A DAMN ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. My mother’s operation is today in sometime and the hospital staff are asking for an undertaking that states if the company doesn’t process the request, then I would have to pay the bill and they have quoted about Rs 4 Lakhs for the operation. WHAT IS THE POINT OF TAKING INSURANCE IF THIS PATHETIC INSURANCE COMPANY WITH ITS GOOD FOR NOTHING BUNCH OF STAFF DON’T BOTHER TO WORK? I HAVE BEEN PAYING THE PREMIUM EVERY YEAR FOR ATLEAST 8 YEARS AND THIS IS THE KIND OF RESPONSE THE CUSTOMER GETS AND THAT TOO THIS IS THE FIRST CLAIM. I WANT ALL THE PREMIUMS TO BE PAID BACK TO ME FOR ALL THESE YEARS AND FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS IF THE COMPANY HAS NO INTENTION OF PROCESSING THE CLAIM. I WILL ALSO WRITE TO THE INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN COMPLAINING AGAINST THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

            सेवा में श्रीमान जी आपको अवगत करना है कि मैंने अपनी गाड़ी 16 अगस्त 2019 को ग्रीनलैंड मोटर्स के लड़ाई डीलर्स दादूपुर के मारुति वर्कशॉप में दिया था जो मेरी गाड़ी एक्सीडेंट हो गई थी मैंने यूनिवर्सल शैंपू से बीमा कराया था जो जूरिडिक कभी माथा मेरी गाड़ी सामने से लड़ी थी उसके बाद डिवाइडर से लड़ गई थी एडवाइजर ने मेरे क्लेम फॉर्म में क्या लिखा है मुझे नहीं पता है पर मेरे साथ वालों मौका ए वारदात क्या घटना घटी थी उसकी वाक्य में बता रहा हूं उसके साथ ही कंपनी द्वारा भेजे गए सर्विस एडवाइजर द्वारा मुझे सेटिस्फेक्शन नहीं है उन्होंने बहुत ही गंदा तरीके से क्लेम पास किया है ऐसा मुझे प्रतीत है तभी मेरे गाड़ी को अन कंप्लीट किया गया है तो आप से मुझे शिकायत है कि मेरी गाड़ी को मुझे दिया जाए क्योंकि वह मुझे अभी तक प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है जल्द नहीं हुआ तो मुझे परेशान होकर कदम उठाने पड़ेंगे आपसे आशा है कि मेरी समस्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए समाधान दिलाएं मेरे सर्विस प्रोवाइडर कंपनी आशीष श्रीवास्तव द्वारा ना ही फोन उठाया जाता है ना ही किसी प्रकार की जानकारी दी जाती है और ना ही अभी तक की गई

            श्रीमान जी मेरी गाड़ी यूपी 70 एम 6295 को मैंने 17 अगस्त 2019 को ग्रीनलैंड मोटर्स में डांडुपुर बॉडी शॉप मारुति सुजुकी मैं दिया था जिसका एडवाइजर आशीष श्रीवास्तव है उसने गाड़ी में क्या क्लेम पास किया है मेरे गाड़ी में क्या सी डेंट हुआ था किस तरह का हुआ है कैसे हुआ है अभी तक मुझे कुछ भी पता नहीं है मेरे गाड़ी को बुरे तरीके से क्षति पहुंचाई गई है मुझे क्लेम के द्वारा बहुत दिक्कत हुई है अतः मुझे समस्या समाधान दिलाया जाए अन्यथा मुझे मजबूरी बस कंपनी खिलाफ प्रशासनिक मदद लेने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ेगा

              But in new adress policy paper i didn't get engine number chassi number so kindly add it.

              Because ola cab service office didn't accept the copy.

              I ask in office vsp and banglore no use. I loosing my opportunity. If i get trouble i didn't take ur policy next time. I need this solution.

              Hope u under stand my problem.

                  It wil be my first and last experience with universal sompo company bcaz their service is so poor they didnt accept my car insurance when my car two time in hitted in same time by another two vehicles and they reject my dual insurance in one time. Is it my fault when two persons hitted my car. At the same time from two sides. And after that their executive mr. Ravinder sharma didnt told me to submit affadavit and he is aynd he told me abt affidavit. And he synd i told u in that case. I took calim before also but thsi is first qhich company is harrassing from everyside. No followup no intimation no communication everything is following by me only. So guys mar jana is company se claim mat lelena dobara.

                    After learning that your health insurance policies are empanelled with institute of ayurveda and integrative medicine, bangalore, karnataka and obtaining the conformation again from the hospital authorities, i (Mrs. Bhagaya) got admitted for treatment on 17/06/2019.

                    Further on 18/06/2019, the hospital authorities have sought the cashless authorisation request from your establishment. Accordingly on 18/06/2019, through ref. No.[protected], claim no.176631 got authorisation letter approving rs.12000/-from your establishment, same is marked and attached as annexure-01.

                    I took treatment upto 30/6/2019.

                    On 30/6/2019, when my medical final bill was sent to your establishment for final authorisation, the same was denied (Annexure-02) stating that ayurvedic treatment not covered as per policy t & c.

                    It was really surprising to note on the last minute of discharge that the claim amount of rs.72356/- was denied on the last minute that too on sunday.
                    Like your establishment many more health insurance companies are empanelled with the above hospital and the bills are settled by those insurance companies. Hope, your insurance company must have cleared the bills too.

                    My husband mr. Hemachandra and my son mr. Rahul have called your office number and spoken to your officer concerned and requested to clear the bills, if not, i would be put into great hardship as i was already in trauma. But, all of their pleadings have gone waste and denied the request totally.

                    On the last minute at around 4.30 pm, i was forced to beg and borrow cash from others and got myself discharged.

                    You are immediately requested to settle my claim as well pay the compensation of rs.1, 00, 000/- for pushing me for trauma.

                        My vehicle insurance was renewed eithin the scheduled date of 3/5/19, however neither the insurance personnel mr raju sarkar or pritam modak could provide me any hard copy of the document. The matter was duly conveyed to the branch manager mr biplab bose but till now nothing concrete developed. It is nearly 1 week since my vehicle is unable to move due to the lack of this mandatory paper. I would personally request to ptovide me due justification since i had not failed to deposit the premium due.

I was an accident in a car, because of which my car went to the ditch, and there was a lots of damage to the car.. and aftr that i claim Insurance, and then the Insurance inspection did not fear and far about my car.. he is not doing well his job how to deal with customers..                           My claim has not been accepted citing unsatisfactory claim.

                          Claim details:
                          On sunday, 7th april, i parked my car off bannerghatta road and went to gopalan mall for some work. After returning from my work, i saw that the rear bumper was damaged and there was lot of liquid split over the car. I enquired with a few people in the surrounding and they said some 2 wheeler who was carrying big cans of liquid (Water like) lost control and hit the car.

                          I took the car to audi body shop on thursday and there they told me the liquid spillage is some sort of chemical that has burnt the paint and penetrated deep. They said to claim insurance i have to lodge a police complaint. So i first have a police complaint and then call your call center for insurance claim

                              After an accident, i lodge a claim first at tollfree no. With claim no. 18060823. An agent of company came and verified every thing and take required documents. He said that claim amount came in the link account within the week. But claim amount not came till date.

                              So please do needful help as soon as possible.

                                We are paying this universal sompo from past 2 yrs.. And now we are under surgery for thyroid under treatment.. Wen we applied for this insurance they are not ready to claim this as cashless.. It's really unfair.. They are saying we have that problem from past 3 years.. But we have already sent al the treatments documents from past 2 months which we got confirmed... We wil not leave this, surely u ppl wil face this, nd we wil bring this to media..

                                On 30/03/2019 deduced 1213 rupee from my Allahabad bank (kithore) account without any information. While I don't need a policy from universal sampo because I have already a policy from universal sampo. Please transfer 1213 rupee into my account otherwise I will complaint against you in Cunsomer court.

                                  Not satisfied car insurance and than i complete your all documents and cash payment so yesterday my car accident. I come to maruti suzuki workshop he told tha front bumpar not claimed. Why. But i have a full insurance car dap cap. I see all online pic of my car. Everything clear but yours detail online tha front bumper is broken. I am not satisfied your details.

                                    I am sandip baur. My policy number is 2825/10000058/00/000 and health card number is [protected] issued on 15/01/2018

                                    But the issue is, when i am telling my policy number to your customer care executive for renewal the policy he is denying, as per his record there is no such policy of this number.

                                    The customer care executive is telling me that's an invalid policy number. He provides me with another policy...

                                    I have submitted the required details of Water Tanker (KL-51-F-8072) for renewal of expired insurance (United India) on 26th December and received a computation table for an amount of Rs. 25, 788/- and accepted the same through Sales Point portal. The portal shows "Waiting for Inspection Recommendation".

                                    I now would like to know what is the reason for such delay in Inspection and or permitting to pay the sum of Rs. 25, 788.00 Also let me know how the premium enhanced from Rs. 25, 788/ to Rs. 34000/- Plus.

                                    I had tried to call up your office; but the lady could not get the information of the vehicle and could not have any knowledge for further action to be imitated for finalizing the proposal.

But not quick response company i give everything docemnet. I suffered. State government all so told. Coorg nature desoes. Quckly salted. But urcompany no response.
