Universal Sompo — invalid policy number and health card no

Address: Howrah, West Bengal, 711302

I am sandip baur. My policy number is 2825/10000058/00/000 and health card number is [protected] issued on 15/01/2018

But the issue is, when i am telling my policy number to your customer care executive for renewal the policy he is denying, as per his record there is no such policy of this number.

The customer care executive is telling me that's an invalid policy number. He provides me with another policy number of my name which is 2825/58076521/00/000

Now please let me know which one is the correct one. I am unable to renew my policy as the due date was 14/01/2019
