University Of Calcutta — Regarding not issuing my degree certificate as well as the transcripts documents.

Dear Sir,

I have completed my graduation from your university (session[protected] Registration No. 002852, Roll no.[protected] under new regulations, 1+1+1 system. I have applied to world education services for further career enhancement purposes and it needs the transcript documents and degree certificate from the university. I have authorized on behalf of me to mail transcripts to collect the required documents from the university and still the university fails to handover the required data.
