I am a student of IDE, University of Madras,[protected] batch, my course is B.Sc. Psychology and my enrollment no is X4UPY79008 .I did not receive course completion certificate, TC and Marksheet, I sent an email to ide.[protected]@gmail.com, got a reply to send a DD of Rs. 250 for course completion certificate (March end), I have already sent that and have been trying to call / email, but there is no response. Please help me. Do I need to file an RTI to get the certificates. I have already wasted too much time myself, this year will be wasted too.
