University Of Petroleum & Energy Studies [UPES] — Fees refund issue

Updated by ashok paliwal xyz I am very well versed with the upes after suffering due to it. My complain is quite genuine and pointed with facts that can be verified. I will summarize as follows:
1. Naac committee gives grade c to this university which is worst due to its academic performance. Why don't they declare it publically.
2. One faculty who was assistant professor here was caught red handed for demanding hefty money from students for increasing their attendance so that they can appear in examinations. This type of harassment is always here in some form or the other.
3. What for they charge hefty fees? No good labs, no lab space, placement cell is a bull, mess is always overcrowded, faculties are sub standard quality, jobs after passing out are of 15 to 20 k per month only (Bare to survive).
4. Now faculty qualification. Almost 90% faculty writing dr. Before his/her name is ph. D. From upes itself! Which is a worthless degree. They sell their ph. Ds to saudis and persons who want to be dr. For name shake. Ask them do they have any research facility to carry out any research, any ieee subscription which literally works, the answer is no.
5. This time only 40% of their seats are filled in b. Tech.In m. Tech. Admissions are almost zero.In b. Tech. Civil 32 got registered out of 80 similarly in pse only 7, elecctrical 25, electronics 30, instrumentation 0, et+ipr 0, energy system 0. Geoscience 25 out of 80 and in many other branches same case. Now they clubbed all branches like is electrical power and electronics engineering (Two different dept) all students are put in one class i. E. Class of 60 students. I ask them what they will do in 2nd year. They are simply destroying the future of these students in order to make their wealth.
6. Upes claims to be a non profit organization. Do any body on this planet believe this to be true? No
7. They sold it to laurete group? May i ask for how much amount this deal happened?
8. They are able to provide summer internship to their students. Companies shut their door on their face (Verify by students) forget the placement.
9. Students treated very badly by placement cell when the are desperate for a decent job in any company.
