[Resolved] Unix Enterprise, Aurangabad Maharashtra — fraud and harassment | |||
The company had made a contract with my sister and after she submitted the work. They made the intimation that the work is wrong and asked for the payment of money in default. They sent a mail also with the name of deepak goel, associate advocate and a number [protected]. The mail didn't mention the bar number or chamber number of the advocate. They had threatened my sister of filing an fir under sec 420 ipc. The person posing to be an advocate abused everyone who ever tried speaking to him. I m a final yr law student. I called him to get a copy of contract as he had also removed the agreement software. He denied to furnish the same and abused me as well. Now we had given the application for the same in nearby police station. Was this information helpful? | |||

The persons from consumer complaints had called us and told that they had resolved the issue and the company persons will not bother us anymore and so m marking it as resolved Sep 18, 2019 Updated by Purnima Janghu Guys u need not to worry. The unix fellows had done great job. But unhe nhi pta tha lawyer k paas fhas jayenge ye.Points to be noted - 1. Ur stamp paper not notarized 2.check d images i had attached. Same stamp paper bearing number uk 5115 used in frauds by navya jobs, web tech and this unix also. 3. In their legal notices, details of advocate is not mentioned. Like signature, chamber number n all. 4. Look into d pictures attached. There is complaint regarding this stamp vendor y. D rathore. This is a group committing on fraud. I just want you to not pay a single penny to them and get an FIR filled in nearby police station. Take the copies of photos i had attached r u can Google them and get it as an evidence.       | |||

same happened with me now the advocate is called me and said me to pay 10500 rupees and also said otherwise case will get in court and legal actions will be taken on you. i am worried. Please help me out.

My wife accidentally registered for this and its the same agreement copy. Unfortunately adhar was shared as part of documents. However after reading all this I have blocked all of their numbers. They sent an sms on 19th September abusing in hindi. Saying we will take legal action we have your adhar? I have blocked all numbers on her mobile. 20th September I did not see any call and sms. I ll keep on ignoring. However I am worried about adhar now. Any inputs?

Same situation...bt didnt complete my work and also paid 4500..then they advocate asked me to pay again today..n started shouting on me by saying we are going to file a case on section 420...n i also take him on conference with my friend..he said i wont talk to the third person please help me out with this situation..

I have also face the same problem..
I have completed the task and then they said that required quality has not been found..they said that they will correct the remaining 20% quality issue if i paid them Rs.5000
I refused to pay and asked for the forms which i filled wrongly..
Now i checked the forms and i found that many of them are correct..
Now they are saying that you have to pay the penalty of Rs.4500 for wrongly filled forms..
Please suggest me:-
Now what should i do??
Should i pay them or not??
How can file FIR against them if they abuse or threat me?
