Up Scholarship — regards the problem in scholarship

Respected board member,
I am the student of b. Tech first year of gautam buddh university, gautam buddh nagar. I have applied for the scholarship, my all details have been successfully checked and are correct but still the portal showing the problem "up board / icse board high school roll no not matched with up board database/board type other than up board".
I have done my 10 and 10+2 from cbse board.
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
As this scholarship meant a lot for my education.
