I enrolled myself with upgrad last month. But due to some health issue. i wont be able to continue with my course. i requested them a lot but as instructed by them either i have to continue my course after a month or so. either they will charge my loan amount. but they will not cancel my loan amount as they dont have policy or so. Request you to help me out. They dont understand my situation from where i will pay my loan amount as i am not well. please help me out. Moreover as guided by mentor when i asked about the course. He stated that PG HRM is equivalent to MBA. but when i checked with college Faculty, he said its not equivalent to MBA.

Kumari, i have a similar issue with the Upgrad as they are not refunding my amount back which is 4, 50, 000.
every month i have to pay EMI of 21126/-, since 4 to5 months i am asking for cancellation and refund but they are refusing ... i would like to connect and talk with you on this matter, you may find my grievance /complaints in this forum
even though i am affected health and financially, still they are not agreeing for the cancellation and refund
our grievance and points may help law/lawyer in order to get the justice
