[Resolved]  Upgrad — Stopped the service and requested for Cancellation / Refund since 4 months

Brief :Iam a working professional, i have opted the service(educational executive program- MBA(LBS & IMT)) with facilitator (upgrad), initially it was like a demo and nothing much to get trouble but gradually it started impacting my time(personally and professionally) as it is taking much time to do MBA to grasp the concepts and attending the lectures class, i made complaints about the impact, but they didn't respond shortly instead they take much and do not attend the calls & no reply even email intentionally, they they are busy attending the meetings and it will taken to management, that management talk will happen end of the week.
and they i had escalate to the management they next level humans, where they straightly say you have read the T&C and opted for this service. i requested many times to stop the service and withdraw / cancellation / refund & all, they wont they will say you have agreed T&C, as per policy no refund / cancellation, but they all take my money (auto debit every month 21126rs 1st month 28914rs ... and i am also Covid + affected, during this time the money got deducted even after saying that i am affected with Covid. i did went to Upgrad grievance even they are same, it doesn't seem no difference between company normal employee and grievance and management they are all same saying T&C ( as per policy ) that i am agreed instead o[censored]nderstanding the situation.

i stopped the service and requesting (since 4 months) i am reaching them thru calls, emails to cancel / refund even though iam affected both health and financially, but they are not agreeing, i sent numerous emails they still say that iam agree T&C ...Only One Statement (as per T & C)...

i still don't understand, if we agree for T&C does that means we give our life's to them and we do anything even we are on death bed and we do anything even we are financially affected .. isn't this a mental torture daily 10 to 20 calls for repayments and torturing saying that we are agreed for T&C
i do not want there service and mental torture any more.

This is not resolved and I do not accept this request as resolved. Upgrad is not responding me on this matters as relevant Mr Mayank says they won't agree and the Grievance says the same too. This is not accepted to me
