• I was enrolled into a course after being told it was a guaranteed pathway to KEDGE Business School, which was false.
• I was promised a January intake, but later shifted to a September intake without proper explanation.
• I was promised an MBA pathway, but the actual offering was an MSc.
• I was told I would study at the Paris campus, but was later placed in the Bordeaux campus.
• I was initially shown multiple course options, but eventually forced into taking Marketing instead of Luxury Management, which I actually wanted.
• After finalising Marketing and Bordeaux, I was again told to change my specialisation.
• Job-related support was promised by the Head of Learning Experience – upGrad Indore Branch, but no support was provided.
• I was told that 4–5 referrals would be allotted to me from their side (specifically from the Head of Learning Experience), but they never provided even one.
• A fee reduction was promised but never processed.
• I was told I would receive a 15% scholarship, but later they claimed I would only get 10%, and that too as an “early bird discount, ” which is not the same as a scholarship.
• I was told there would be no interview for KEDGE and that my previous interview feedback would be used, but now I am required to give a new interview.
• I received conflicting fee information—sometimes being told the fees would be above ₹10 lakh, and other times above ₹40 lakh.
• Even during FiBe loan processing, the system showed a ₹30, 000 scholarship, yet upGrad insisted on converting it into a cashback. This cashback amount was never transferred to me.
• I have faced continuous mental stress for 5–6 months due to repeated misinformation—from being enrolled in a 7-month PGMP, then forced into an 11-month AGMP, and now discovering that AGMP is also not a valid pathway to KEDGE.
• Almost every major promise—MBA, January intake, Paris campus, job help, scholarship amount, fee transparency, and pathway eligibility—turned out to be misleading or false.
