Upgrad — requesting for refund and cancel ongoing emi

I am writing to formally request from upgrad that cancellation of my enrollment in the BBA program with IU University Germany, facilitated through UpGrad, and the associated loan and EMI payments. Unfortunately, due to ongoing severe financial crisis, I am unable to continue with the program or meet the financial obligations.

Background:

Enrollment and Initial Payment: On April 30, 2023, I enrolled in the BBA program and made an initial payment of ₹25, 000.

Financial Documentation Submitted: I have provided my bank statement, as well as those of my father and brother, to UpGrad to demonstrate our financial constraints. Despite this, I have not received a response or assistance regarding my situation.

Current Challenges:
Financial Crisis: Our family's financial situation has worsened, and I am now responsible for supporting my parents. Consequently, I am unable to continue making the monthly EMI payments.

I request Immediate Cancellation of My Enrollment: Please process the termination of my participation in the BBA program.

Loan and EMI Cancellation: Coordinate with the financial institution to halt all future EMI payments and cancel the outstanding loan.
