However, discrepancies arose with my student ID, and they demanded an additional ₹7 lakhs for the next semester's fees, claiming the loan would be arranged later. When the loan didn't materialize and my visa was canceled, I requested a refund of ₹9.5 lakhs. Unfortunately, the agency hasn't returned my money. The loan was facilitated through Propeld, an online platform. I've transferred funds to the agency's bank account. I want my money back, the loan terminated, and any associated issues resolved.
