UPI — complaint of money not credited to my account sending by my friend but bank not accepting my complaint against it | |||
Sir/madam, On 30/12/2018 a money send to my account by upi (Reference id[protected] through paytm platform send by my friend but money was not credited to my account due to some technical problem from sbi side. The sender bank and paytm both are conforming that money send to my account successfully from sending side but sbi not accepting my complaint. I have called to sbi customer care they said go to the branch. I have also gone to the branch but branch manager not accepted my complaint. Then i have again called to sbi customer care and registered a complaint against branch but it was not sufficient to refund my money back. Since i have not received the amount of 4000 in my account till today. Which is owed to me, i am registering my grievance with you. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Sir I booked train ticket via Paytm option payment mode from Google pay money was deducted but finally the money deducted from my account but train ticket is not booked so I request a refund for the upi id:[protected]
