UPI — money deducted from my phone pe account but not credit in paytm money mutual fund it shows cancel..

In this money has been deducted from my bank account through phone pe upi but in the paytm money mutual fund it shows failed transaction. I try tocontact to paytm money they said you have done the transaction with phone pe upi and they can resolve your problem. But phone pe asked contact your merchant account regarding this.. Please provide me refund of my 5000rs..in the screenshot you can check the details regarding this..
