UPI — payment done but recharge not done

About deduct balance
Recharge not successful but amount was deducted from my account
I recharged my jio number [protected] with 399 through jio app but payment done through paytm bhim upi transaction.
My money was sent to [protected]@icici.. And recharge transaction was not successful but my money deducted from my account.
So, please sir, refund my money to my account.
