UPI — refund of 2500

I have sent 2500/- through phonepay upi transaction. The receiver don't get any amount as it shows me failed. Bt 2500/- has been debited from my account. 40 hrs already passed away. Bt i don't get my 2500/- money back. Please refund my money. My phonepay number is [protected]. You can check it out there. The history shows itself. Kindly give me my money. I have talked with my hdfc bank customer care. They have told me that this issue is resolved by upi as i have done transaction through you guys. So kindly consider my complain and refund my amount 2500/-
