UPI — upi transaction failed through paytm

I made a transaction through paytm bhim upi on 7th. Jan-2018 transaction had failed but amount was deducted and not refunded till today. Even i don't know the status of the money, i tried to contact to sbi bank and paytm app but they are not helping me, my account no [protected] and my name is dipak kumar parida, my upi transaction id[protected]. Please solve issue as soon as possible...
