I am [protected]@gmail.com. my mobile no [protected]. I ordered mobile dated 30/12/2017 for RS 5, 524.00 paied through netbanking to UPR ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LTD (TOGOPOGO.COM) .Then after 5 mint my order was cancelled by that company.But my money refund was not recived till date.Icalled many time in togopogo helpline no. but they not pickup the phone and also not giving proper answers. I paged my BANKstatement also but till they telling money not recived. so after that i knew that this company was fraud one and also cheeting company.Now i dont no how i get my refund money. please do needfull. now i am planing to give complain to crime branch, delhi.
