UPSRTC — For not giving refund

I booked the ticket of bus from upsrtc
From badaun (Up) to kaushambi.
Date of traveling - 13/03/20
And cancelled it on -12/03/20
But as they are showing that only 20 rs will be deduced and remaining 417 will be debited to your bank account with a month.
But the amount is yet not received
