At the last moment, the bus got canceled without anyprior information and I was stuck as there was no bus available after10:30pm. Later, I somehow managed my travel by an ordinary bus. I was told that the ticket amountwould be refunded back to my account, which never happened. Despiteof multiple online complaints, I had no response from your emailsupport. Now, at the end I am writing a written complaint for thesame. Please look into this and refund the ticket amount back to myaccount.
