Uptet — regarding retrieve my registration number

I forgot my registration no. And because of some technical issue my reg no. Has been deleted.
I applied for the uptet primary teaching.

Address: jyoti nagar saray umda begum, sikndrarao, hathras-204215 (U. P).

Kindly provide my reg. No. Asap. If i am not getting my reg. No on time. I will not able to generate my admit card and also not able to give the uptet exam.
Please revert on ugrent basis as i already mail on helpline mail id: [protected]@gmail.com and also make the call many of the times but no body pick the call and nobody revert on mail.
