I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Uptownie regarding my recent order and the extremely poor post-delivery service I have experienced.
I received the product and raised a return request on the *same day* of delivery. However, despite multiple attempts, no one has come to collect the product.
I have tried contacting your customer support through all available channels:
* Your helpline number only plays an automated message stating that executives are busy and will call back. No one has contacted me to date.
* There has been no response on WhatsApp.
* Messages sent via Instagram have been completely ignored.
* Emails have gone unanswered.
I did receive a call from your company offering a ₹150 discount on a new order, which is highly unprofessional when my existing issue remains unresolved. During that call, I was told to provide an alternate address due to the lack of a pickup partner in my area. This is unacceptable, as logistics arrangements are the company’s responsibility—not the customer’s.
Additionally, the number used to contact me is a one-way number, making it impossible to call back. I even offered to ship the product myself if reimbursement for shipping charges was provided, but there has been no response to this proposal either.
This entire experience reflects:
* Negligence in handling return requests
* Lack of customer support
* Unfair trade practices
