I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service regarding my recent order (Order# 407713) placed with a company called, Uptownie. Despite having placed my order on December 3, 2024, I am yet to receive the delivery till today, December 20th. The website promises it within a week though.
What is more frustrating is the complete lack of effective communication. Every time I mail them, raise concern on wassap chat support, they sAY that you will be notified soon; however, I still have not received the order or confirmation as to the delivery date. Additionally, their WhatsApp chat support, which I reached out to multiple times, has not satisfactorily responded to any of my messages. The customer care call support has no idea of the cause of delay or as to when it would be delivered. The customer support team cuts the calls mid-way every time I call them. This level of customer service is both unprofessional and unacceptable, and harrassing.
I expect an immediate delivery of my product or refund of my money to Paytm. I am not interested in getting credits on their website, as I have understood that they are clearly incapable to delivering any products, and do not wish to engage with them ever.
I want to highlight this unacceptable experience, to ensure that no other people are harrased this way.
