I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Uptownie regarding my recent order and the extremely poor post-delivery service I have experienced.

I received the product and raised a return request on the *same day* of delivery. However, despite multiple attempts, no one has come to collect the product.

I had placed an order with Uptownie on 1st May 2025. The order details are as follows: Order No. #510292. There were two midi dresses for which I had placed this order paying a total of Rs 3850/-. I have regularly followed up with their customer care but there is no update on my order. They just say that my order is under processing. I request for a full refund on the amount that they have confiscated from me....

Ordered the product on Nov 16, 2024 but did not get the order for 53 days after continuous follow ups got that delivered on Jan 8, 2025. Due to size issue I returned on the same day the pick up was delayed and again had to follow up. The pick up was done but till date i have not received my refund. Because of their poor service i asked refund to my source account but till date it has not happened. Request your help in getting my money as well as compensation if any.

I placed an Order with Uptownie on 9th January, 2025 and the delivery date was shown to me as 14.01.25. However, only 3 out of 5 products were delivered. Thereafter, I kept following up on all platforms, including whatsapp, instagram and email since there customer care number is never answered. Finally the remaining 2 products were delivered on 11.02.25 i. e., one month after placing the Order. Now when I tried to return these 2 products, within 2 days of delivery, they are not letting me return and the app is showing date of delivery as 09.01.25, which is ridiculous because I placed Order itself on 9th. So now I am left with no option. I asked them to arrange a call back, they are asking me to call, and then telling me its very busy pls call later. Then I am sure they will say now you have against passed 20 days time to return so you cannot return. Further, when I had checked their website for return policy, it did not mention that refund will only be given as credit on their website. however, now it seems that they will not refund the money but only give credit, which means money wasted since no one will order against after such horrendous experience.

I have placed my order on 2nd Jan 2025 and i have yet not received my product. Also neither there customer service is working nor there is any response. Nobody is repsonding not even the founders Shivani And piyu.

Despite having placed my order on December 3, 2024, I am yet to receive the delivery till today, December 20th. The website promises it within a week though.

Hello, my name is Komal Kumari. I have order 2 garments from UPTOWNIE. After that I returned the product to UPTOWNIE because of low quality. Now they don't give me refund as they committed to. I have sent them too many emails and they got the return delivered to UPTOWNIE successfully. This order made on 31 of May and I returned them within 10 days.

I want to initiate return of my order 299676, which is not getting permitted . neither can I get any response from there team. the numbers mentioned are invalid . Chat bot no response . Online the request for return is not getting accepted .

I have placed my order of 5k a month ago. They have not yet delivered my order. Moreover their customer care number doesn’t exist and they don’t reply on Instagram neither they give convincing reply on mail.
I want to cancel the order now because my special occasion for which I placed that order has already been passed.
I want my money back.
Kindly help me in this regard.

Order #237645 placed on 14th April for 999/- with prepaid modem through credit card.
Order is not yet processed.
Customer service number rings and gets disconnected while on ivr.
Customer service emails just get an auto response saying we will get back within 24-48 hours but they don't.
Escalation through their insta page only gets false promises that matter has been escalated and order will get processed....

I had placed an order on Uptownie on May 8, 2023. On May 13th, I received a message from them stating that the order is delayed. I have tried to contact them via email (May 21 and May 22, 2023), WhatsApp (May 25), and have tried calling them as well, but the call keeps disconnecting after two rings. I have still not received an update from them regarding my order.
