Uptownie — Uptownie is a fraud company whose order never get delivered

I had placed an order with Uptownie on 1st May 2025. The order details are as follows: Order No. #510292. There were two midi dresses for which I had placed this order paying a total of Rs 3850/-. I have regularly followed up with their customer care but there is no update on my order. They just say that my order is under processing. I request for a full refund on the amount that they have confiscated from me.
