I had ordered a URBAN POCKET MINI HAIR STRAIGHTNER, ORDER NO. 1193 ON 6.03.2026 and paid Rs.699/-. ON 15th March I have received incorrect items, small perfumes. I have written several emails to their email ID info.[protected]@gmail.com but there is no response. Pls help me get my refund.
