I have placed this order on 3rd May'26. (no. 2845)

It is almost a month and the item is still not delivered. The status of the order was "We're preparing these items for shipping.".

Today when I tried to check the status, this is the message I got when I clicked on the link : "The link you followed is no longer available."

I have sent several mails which have gone unanswered and there is no contact...

I ordered mini straightener on april 19 still not delivered yet and I have sent several emails to them.
Really annoying

Order is confirmed received mail but no use of it... I need a refund

I had ordered a URBAN POCKET MINI HAIR STRAIGHTNER, ORDER NO. 1193 ON 6.03.2026 and paid Rs.699/-. ON 15th March I have received incorrect items, small perfumes. I have written several emails to their email ID info.[protected]@gmail.com but there is no response. Pls help me get my refund. They have no phone number to contact...
