I've placed an order for the mini hair straightener, paid for it and got an email confirmation, but have not received the product till today. To add to my surprise, the website does not exist anymore. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened to me lately. I have no clue how cheaters create these websites and payment gateways and fool the whole world, then disappear. Why is there no cross-verification being done......

I have no clue how cheaters create these websites and payment gateways and fool the whole world, then disappear. Why is there no cross verification being done....

I have placed this order on 3rd May'26. (no. 2845)

It is almost a month and the item is still not delivered. The status of the order was "We're preparing these items for shipping.".

Today when I tried to check the status, this is the message I got when I clicked on the link : "The link you followed is no longer available."

I have sent several mails which have gone unanswered and there is no contact...

I ordered mini straightener on april 19 still not delivered yet and I have sent several emails to them.
Really annoying

Order is confirmed received mail but no use of it... I need a refund

I had ordered a URBAN POCKET MINI HAIR STRAIGHTNER, ORDER NO. 1193 ON 6.03.2026 and paid Rs.699/-. ON 15th March I have received incorrect items, small perfumes. I have written several emails to their email ID info.[protected]@gmail.com but there is no response. Pls help me get my refund. They have no phone number to contact...
