Urban Pocket — Product not received

I've placed an order for the mini hair straightener, paid for it and got an email confirmation, but have not received the product till today. To add to my surprise, the website does not exist anymore. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened to me lately. I have no clue how cheaters create these websites and payment gateways and fool the whole world, then disappear. Why is there no cross-verification being done...
