Urban Pocket — Not received item that I have paid for

I placed an order for the mini hair straightener on the 23rd of April, paid for it and got a email confirmation, but have not received the product till today. To add to my surprise the website does not exist anymore, This is the 2nd time something like this is happening to me off late. I have no clue how cheaters create these websites and payment gateways and fool the whole world, then disappear. Why is there no cross verification being done.
