We have communicated with customer care via email as well as chat many times, they are committed that there was a system issue that's why they have not changed the status from refund processed to awating pickup. Our Concern : We have ordered 3 Dresses under this Order ID and 2 Dresses were same as we ordered and One dress (Dress Name - Plus Size Ruffle Slip Dress - 207452 ) was wrong received, which is mentioned here. We have returned 2 dresses in one shot which were sa due to size issues and we were trying to return third dress which was wrong product, but urbanic system was not accepting the dress with wrong product reason so we tried another reason which was size issue and submitted the product for return, their courior boy has come next day and taken that dress back. after the return, application was showing refund pending status, we had also order one more order in which we had ordered 2 more dresses, out of these 2 dresses, we have returned one more dress and the status of the previous one which was already returned was also changed to awaiting pickup automatically, and courior boy was asking for already returned dress also. so my wife has cancelled the status as per the courior boy suggested as she was confused about the second order as we have received two dresses in the second order and she was thinking that courior boy was asking for these two dresses to be returned. When I spoke to customer care, they agreed that it was a system glitch and due to technical issue the status of the dress was changed automatically changed on the application. Dress Name - Plus Size Ruffle Slip Dress - 207452 I have communicated with them but still refund not processed yet for rupees 1169/- INR, now we are asking for the refund and urbanic people are asking us to provide the proof of return. We didn't received any slip from the courior boy of that return then how we can provide them that slip?
