Urbanic.com — no customer care service

This company doesn't have customer care service, just looting customers, no return policy. I bought a blazer on 10 December 2019, wanted to return it, but no response to my mails, very unprofessional.. should band such companies. I have been trying to contact through mail only as they don't have any contact number, but no result...pls help me out...my contact number [protected]
