Urbanic.com — Refund for Wrongful delivery and not picking up after placing return requests

I bought 6 items from Urbanic.com (long dresses) for my wife. We received only 1 packet which had only 1 item in it (coat) which we didn't order. The invoice inside the packet was also of somebody else's and not ours. I took it up with Urbanic. I placed a return request, pickup guy comes asking for 6 items which I dont have. I have tried reaching out to Urbanic multiple times but never got a fruitful response. I want to return the product and get my refund of Rs. 6300.
